LaserSoft Imaging

I have a HP photo scanner 1000 was given to me from my sister because she got a new one it has no software but needs none because I have winXP and it auto hooks up through usb like my camera. When I scan a image the picture is scanned and I can see it but it has pink and green lines through it. And I am upset because I can't afford to buy a new one and this one scans the pictures except for those damn lines in it. Hopefully someone can help me. Thank You!!!! :(

First of all you should know that you can order the HP software for your scanner from HP for about $10 USD.

Secondly, upon reviewing the SilverFast supported scanner list it does not seem your scanner is currently supported by LaserSoft.
