Hi, will LaserSoft be supporting the HP 8200C series of scanners?

We are thinking of purchasing a couple of these scanners but we want to make sure that we can purchase a Silverfast application for them before we do so.

We are in communications with HP to get information about this scanner. For now, it looks very much that we will include this scanner this spring (but no guarantee of course;).

Since it?s now past September, any new status on a Silverfast version for the HP 8200? I?m needing a new scanner, and tried the Microtek i700 which was waayy too slow compared to my old HP 4c. So I?m looking toward the HP 8200 to replace it. I hope you have something coming soon.

the preparations for the Photokina fair and the release of DC Pro Studio and HDR Studio ( https://www.silverfast.com/show/silverfa ... io/en.html ) took much of the time from other projects.

Unfortunately I cannot tell you when or if such a version of SilverFast will be released right now. If I could, it would be also be listed in the supported scanners list: https://www.silverfast.com/product/HP/en.html

Have HP 8200. Software worked great until the last version 6.4.1.1. The scan button doesn't work nor hitting the return key. For now it is useless. Waiting for tech support to anwser SOS. Anybody else had this problem?
