LaserSoft Imaging

I'm using HP 5470c in my design works, to improve quality of scans and full abilities of scanning films I decided to try SilverFast. I've downloaded SilverFast SFTWE-6.0.1D32(HP).exe for HP 5100. But SilverFalst didn't work, it says, "Scanner not found. please look at log file".
Is HP 5470c supported by LaserSoft in SilverScan produts ???

If the plugin says: "No scanner found", then SilverFast dosn?t support this scanner .
The HP module doesn?t look for specific scanner models, but reads information from the scanner which tells about the type of scanner. Your scanner is obviously not compatible to the type of scanners that SilverFast supports.

still no updates on the 5470c?
