How do I uninstall silverfast?

I'm using OS 10.3 and need to uninstall
the silverfast program.
Can someone tell me how to to this?

Dear illostraight
Mac OS X does not yet offer uninstall routines. Simply navigate to the folder SilverFast was installed into and remove the files and folders named SilverFast and LaserSoft.
Please remove the folders:
/Applications/SilverFast Application
/User/(your username)/Library/Preferences/LaserSoft Imaging/
and everything named "SilverFast" in the folder:
/Applications/Photoshop/Plugins/Import-Export/
