Silverfast SE and UMAX Powerlook III

Please note, my question below regarding using a UMAX Powerlook III with Silverfast SE has not been answered.

blkwht is correct, the top light is supposed to work when scanning transparencies, whereas the bottom light would be used for reflective scans.
