Problem With DC-VLT Full Screen Preview

I have just downloaded and installed the latest version of DC-VLT on my Windows 2000 Pro 1.8 GHZ computer running Photoshop 7.0 with 1 GB of RAM. I use DC-VLT as a Photoshop plugin.

I just finished watching your excellent video on DC-VLT's new preview feature. When I open DC-VLT inside of Photoshop and use navigator to go to a folder with a series of JPEG images, and then select the preview button>Full Screen>Fit To Screen, some of the images show up full screen just as they should. However, for no apparent reason other images in this same folder show up in Fit To Screen as distorted Black and White images.

Has anyone else noticed this problem? is there something that I can do to correct this situation?

Allof the images load and display perfectly in Photoshop 7.0.

Tom

It's a bug that has been fixed lately. It should be included in the upcoming 602r40 or later.

Eric and Ralf,

Thank you both so much for the very prompt reponse. I'll keep a close eye on the updates for v602r40 of DC-VLT and download and install it when it is available.

I have been remiss in not thanking all of you at LSI for imagining software that is of the very highest quality. I do a lot of image processing, and I cannot imagine doing without your software. Making this forum available and providing support for the Silverfast software on this forum is also a major reason that I am always happy to recommend Silverfast software to others. THANK YOU!

Tom
