LaserSoft Imaging

When in SF(DC) I select the print icon, it then goes through to the "processing" procedure after you hit "print"

When it finally does print, it' a mess of B&W lines and not the image.

Epson 1280
OSX (10.2.5)
SFDC-VLT 6.0.2r18

am I processing incorrectly?

I couldn not reproduce the printing problem you descibed.
Please descibe exactly step by step under which settings the printing problem occurs.

I will do so tonight when I get home, and I will post my steps.
In fact there have even been circumstances where a processed image
shows up in the album with the "unreadable" icon.
I appreciate the help.
