I understand that I am supposed to convert the 48-bit raw negative scan to a positive image using the separate application Silverfast HDR, but I can't tell from the website which HDR application is compatible with SE Plus 8. I upgraded from Silverfast AI version 6 that came with my Epson V750 scanner.

I am using Mac OS 10.7 Lion.

SilverFast 6.6 HDR (Studio) is fully compatible with SilverFast 8 HDR files.

SilverFast 8 HDR (Studio) is available in a pre-release demo version.
