My HDR version of Silverfast freezes when I import a 48 bit scanned image in HDR format made using Silverfast Ai. It usually freezes with the image open and none of the tools bars responding.

This does not happen with non HDR format images also scanned in Silverfast Ai.

What am I going wrong? Is it in the way I have set up the HDR scan in Silverfast Ai or is the problem in the way Silverfast HDR is setup?

what versions of SilverFast Ai and HDR are you using?

The very latest: 6.2.1r5

I have reinstalled both Ai and HDR and the HDR software now works again. :lol:
