Hardware requirements

Dear LSI,
While waiting for a new SF release, which will resolve The Problem, could you help me with advice, which may be interesting for other people:
I plan to build a DEDICATED PC for SF HDR. I am ready to make it as power as it needs for SF, but I don't want to OVERpower it.
The major criteria is the speed.
Would you advice, basing on program internals, what PC hardware could SF benefit from. Particullary:
- P4 processor vs Xeon vs 2 Xeons
- SCSI vs ATA
- How many disk drives would be ideal for SF? What files should be separated?
- What amount of (free - after OS has taken it's part
) memory is reasonable?
etc., etc...
Thank you in advance
Henry
