LaserSoft Imaging

Hello,

I am having trouble using SRD in HDR when working with large raw .psd files (34-200mb).

When I try a prescan the process window will appear but when the progress bar is less then 1/3 completed the process window disappears and the AUTO option button on the SRD window remains un-selectable. But when I do the final scan to 8bit it shows SRD working as it would normaly.

I?m using windows NT with 382mb of memory at 300mhz.

Dear David,

you just need to have more space available on the hard disk where you installed SilverFast.
