I have installed the 5.5 demo on my Windows 98SE Pc but the program will not launch due to not finding my RFS 3600 scanner. The Kodak software does not have a problem with this. I have reinstalled the software but it does not help.

Would you give us a little more information on your computer?
1. what version of Photoshop are you using to access the RFS 3600?
2. Do you have a LasersoftSilverfast subdirectory like this in your C:WindowsTwain_32LasersoftSilverfast
3. Can you give us a step-by-step description of your actions up to the point where you get an indication that the RFS 3600 can not be found. Include the error message text if possible.
