LaserSoft Imaging

I keep having terrible problems with Silverfast using my medium format trays in the ArtixScan M1. The program never finds the three different frames, and even if by some miracle it does, there always seem to be problems saving the images, etc. Is there a way to "mandate" it finds 3 6x6 frames?

please try to draw three scan frames as needed and save them as a frame set.
