LaserSoft Imaging

Hi,
I have an image of a foto I scanned which remains in my image window. No matter how I try I cannot remove it. I can't scan anything because this image remains. Is there a file where these previous images are stored. In any case I sure could use help. I am using an iMac Intel with OS 10.5 and
6.5.5r4a(MicrotekSDK)

Hi Martin
I am using the Microtek s400. The "image window" I refer to is the window where your previewed or scanned image appears in while in Silverfast. I had had a previous version of LaserSoft software while running OS 10.4, and that is the image which won't go away. It is not in the previews folder.

Dear Jack,

does this mean that when you perform a new prescan that you then do not see what's currently on your flat bed of the scanner?
Maybe a screen shot could clarify this issue.
