I tried running a Quick Time move in SilverFast Ai. The Movie wouldn't start and the error message below popped up.

Simple Player MFC MFC Application has encounted a problem and needs to close.
We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Please tell Microsoft about this Problem.
Is this an Apple Quick Time error?

How can I add an image of this Error Message? I have it on a Word Document at present.

"usually" the reason for this "problem" is that the Apple Quicktime Player isn't installed to your system. Can this be the case on your system?

Sonny, Sorry for not replying sooner. I eventually decided to do a complete new reinstall of XP reformat the HD and reinstall all my software.
That solved the problem. I don't really know the origin of the problem because I reinstalled all scanning software and Quick Time a couple of times.
