Hi, I hope someone can be of help.

Running XP Pro. My Microtek 1800f and SilverFast AI v 6 had been running fine. now my tool palette is inoperative except the + Zoom button. All the other buttons ie, Auto-adjust, histogram etc. are paler in color, and not functioning. I un-installed SF and re-installed with no luck.

I can pre scan and scan ok.

The Microtek software works fine

Dear Flatsdguide,

it seems that you have selected HDR as scan mode.
Please choose 24 or 48 Bit scan mode, and the tools will be available again.
