LaserSoft Imaging

Hi, I have a problem during scaning of slides - I receive artescan.I haven't had any problems with the previous update 6.4.3r.9 ( 6.4.3r.9b-according to my memory).
Please, if somebody keeps this version let send it to me at e-mail: artphotorama@gmail.com.
Please, help me to cope the problem with the new update version.
PP-my scaner is Microtek Scan Maker 6100, and the operational system is Win XP.
