LaserSoft Imaging

Hi, can anyone please help? When performing a scan SF Launcher software is not saving the file to my specified location. I've tried all the different options: TIFF; JPEG; JPEG 2000. Also the two menu bar options: SF Launcher; File; aren't available either.

Hi,
I had a similar problem using a reflecta rps 7200 film scanner. Deleting the Prefs folder seemed to fix the problem.
However, it was possible to save again.
