Dust and Scratch Removal

Is there anyway to use silverfast dust and scratch removal on an image other than one that was scanned? Is it available as a standalone photoshop plugin.

Dear Jim.
SilverFast Dust and Scratch Removel (SRD) is available in SilverFast HDR and DCPro versions which read images from files instead of scanning them.
