LaserSoft Imaging

Can anyone help me with a problem with using the 5 one touch buttons to scan directly to specific applications? I particularly want to scan OCR to Word, and photos to Photoshop. I've configured the MSC Utility accortdingly bu so far no success!

the scanner smart buttons are only driven through microteks software, you may better try some of the microtek forums or their support center for help.
