What Silverfast does this, All? Microtek flatbed too?

Yes, it works with all supported Microtek scanners. In Reflective and Transparent modes, Color as well as Gray scale. Give it a try!

OK Paul! this sounds "way cool"

I know Microtek is coming out with a new 6800 flatbed scanner with Digital Ice soon. But I have two ScanMaker X6EL's.

What would you recommend I do, and if your software will do about the same thing, I'll get yours. What do you recommend and what SilverFast software would I need?

I would download a demo version of SilverFast Ai and take it for a "test drive". This way you are certain of what you are buying.
