LaserSoft Imaging

Hi, I have Microtek Scanmaker 330 (scsi). Using it's own software it is recognized as a Microtek V310 but everything works well. Now I wanted to try Silverfast ai for my scanner but when selecting the silverfast twain driver it says it cannot find the scanner. I checked this website for possible solutions but found nothing. What could be causing this? btw, I'm using XP pro. Thanks!

PS I think that the V310 is the American "version" of the scanmaker 330.

Please search for the file "SF_Logfile.txt" on your PC and send this file to: "eric.flyvbjerg@silverfast.com". I will see, what we can do.
