Nikon 9000ED and Silverfast ver 8

I am baffled by the scanning results that I have. Please see the following two scans:

1. What is should look like


2. The resulted Tiff file


I have to rescan it several times to get the proper results. Any one has experienced similar problem? If you did, how did you solve it?

Hi there,

I believe you have some value out of control in the SRD filter. Please reset the software using the "Service Dialog" on the lower left corner of the Welcome screen.

After a reset of the software make a new scan and add filters slowly until you detect which one is creating this effect. Then go slowly with its adjustments.
