Which targets for IT8 Calibration

I have just set up my Epson V 700 and upgraded to Studio AI. My question is about the targets required for the scanner calibration. I mainly use Fuji slide film in 35mm,6x7 and 4x5 formats. Do I need to get targets for all three sizes for calibration or
will one work for all three. Please let me know.
