LaserSoft Imaging

I have a Nikon Coolscan II 35mm Film scanner LS-20 (internal) and use with SilverFast V3.8.6 Until recently it worked well - Now when I scan a neg the colours on the monitor are slightly green and the highlights of faces of portrait photographs seem to be polarized in some way. Also when I print the photographs with my inkJet printer get the same results. I have tried to re-set the preferences by deleting the file, but this dit not re-set to how it was. Any suggestions will be apreciated.

dear Barret,
you may did not delete all preference files. Another way to set SilverFast back to "normal" is: hold <shift>key down and press on <reset all> button.
