LaserSoft Imaging

I have an Epson XL10000 scanner with Silverfast Ai. I have the IT8 target for use with calibrating the scanner.
Does anyone know where to find the values that should be captured for the grayscale patches on the IT8 target?

You can find those values in the reference file specific to your target.
