the archive suite seems very attractive, but does it include the multi-exposure?

is the "Ai IT8 Studio" and "Ai IT8 Studio (Multi-Exposure)" difference? which is inside the archive suite?

yes, depending on your scanner, the Archive Suite includes multi-exposure.
