How to scan RAW using Plustek 7500i
I'm new to this and I'm just trying to capture the data to begin with. Then I can read and learn how to process these files using batch manager. I think I can remove dust and scratches in batch manager - is that correct?

Dear Chiefsmoke,
You can capture the data and save it as a RAW file using SilverFast (the scanning application) to be later opened and edited using SilverFast HDR or HDR Studio which are separate applications than the scanning software.
You can scan and produce RAW files with the infrared channel included and then open those files in HDR to be processed later.
It is important that you have both applications installed, SilverFast scanning software (SE or Ai) and SilverFast HDR, otherwise you will not be able to do the scratch and dust removal in the post proccessing.
Cheers
