LaserSoft Imaging

Hi,

I try to scan my old film stripes with square sized pictures. Using my Reflect Proscan 4000. During prescan or latest after the first picture I'm getting an error message "Fehler beim Starten des Scanprozesses. Filmhalter angestossen".
Any settings in Silverfast I tried didn't help.

Did other scan software come with the scanner? If then you can always try it to help isolate the problem (i.e. hardware or software)
