Calibration not working

Postby stephenb » Sat Nov 05, 2005 11:13 pm

I just updated to AI 6.4.2r9 and now I can't calibrate. It starts alright, but after setting the bounding box. It says it can't read the barcode and that sampling is incorrect.

OS X 10.3.9 on a G4/800 and a Powerlook 1100 (firewire)

Also, I paid for the upgrade to Studio, I got the code for Studio, I downloaded Studio, but I don't seem to have access to any of the studio features. And when I get info about the app, it shows my AI serial number not the Studio.

Any help or suggestions?

Please?

Hello Stephenb,

Go to the following link and follow the directions for deleting your previous serial number. Then you will be able to enter the new one and gain access to the Studio features. I'm not sure, but this may also solve your calibration issue as well. If it does not I recommend that you visit the support link below submit a support request.

Thanks, resetting the serial number, brought me into Studio, but didn't fix the calibration, but I noticed the delete prefs button and tried that. That fixed the calibration.
