LaserSoft Imaging

Hi I have just installed Silverfast AI with my new Microtek Artixscan 120 tf and I am having a lot of trouble setting the AI to scan the film size correctly.
I have 645 size film in the holder and yet it keeps making 35mm size scans no matter how I try to reset it! If there is a place in the controls to fix it would someone please point me to it? Also, some of my transparencies are 6x6 so I will also be wanting to set it for them.

Dear Roseha,

make sure you are using the latest update available for your SilverFast/Scanner combo.

Please post whether the problem still exists, if so we can open a ticket and get you a quick solution to this.

I just bought the scanner on August 4 of this year so I cannot imagine it is an old version? Is there a fix? I am just trying again and the same thing has happened.

I have used Silver fast at work and never had this problem but this is at home with the Artixscan (new to me) and it seems to have trouble realizing it is not viewing 35mm in the holder??

Just to let you know, I did download the update but what finally solved the problem was hitting "delete" to reset the frame size.

It seems fine now.
