Silverfast dont save file (or save file wirh 0 byte)

Hi im Jan and new with scanning Software.

I use Silverfast SE and Reflecta Christal Scan 7200. At the end, when the picture will be scanned to file, the size in 0 and Silverfast will close.

What the Reason?

Dear Jan,

make sure you are using the latest update of SilverFast available for your scanner. You might experience that this solves your problem. If not so, I suggest to open a support ticket by sending an Email https://www.silverfast.com/problemreport ... opic=Usage .
You can attach a sample file if possible for further analysis.
