color mgt setup in AI

Hi

I have downloaded a trial copy of Ai for minolta 5400 film scanner. My scanner has been profiled by ezcolor.

what setup do i enter in cms setup, also i have downloaded the manual, but still not sure.

Any help would be much appreciated.
