Question to technical support.

My scanner Microtek FS 3600.

Again I can not understand logic of job of the next versions of the program.

Question ?1. For what SF wastes all film up to the end after I only have inserted it and have pressed button " Prescan ", then she comes back on 1 staff and scans it?

Question ?2. Job Manager. target names of files have a strange kind:
Image 10038, however in Job Manager the name of staff Image 1 is set.

The general question - please explain to me logic of job of the program on the part of rewind of a film. When the program wastes a film, what for she does it.

Which SilverFast version and operation system are you using ?
This doesn?t happen with my filmscanner.

Question ?2. Job Manager. target names of files have a strange kind:
Image 10038, however in Job Manager the name of staff Image 1 is set.

Can you give me a detailed information about your job processing. My jobs start with the number "Batch Pict0001.tif". You maybe have already some images in you job folder.
