I am using Silverfast SE, and am having problems scanning bmp's. It does color and graayscale fine, so it's not the scanner, but with line art, in cuts up the image and, like, rearranges the sections. It's very strange. Can anyone help?

If you haven't done it yet, you want to download and install the latest update for your version of SilverFast from our website.
You might experience that this already does solve your problem.
Please note that two different versions of the SilverFast SE software exist:
- The "Internet SE" is for customers who have bought their SilverFast in our online store.
- The "Bundle SE" is for customers who got a SilverFast CD-ROM bundled with their scanners.
However, if the problem persists, please don't hesitate to contact SilverFast support (=> https://www.silverfast.com/problemreport/en.html )
I would appreciate if you could paste a fresh copy of the SF_Logfile into such a support request.
