Monaco EZcolor and Silverfast

G,day
I previously used monaco ezcolor and the monaco IT8 target to create a profile for my Microtek6800 scanner when I used the Microtek Scanmaker software..
Now that I have purchased Silverfast can I use this monaco system with Silverfast software to calibrate my scanner?

My setup is G4 Dual 867 Mac, OS10.3, Photoshop CS, Silverfast A1 V.6.2, Monaco EZColor Calibration Sytem, Microtek 6800 Scanner, Kodak 8500 Thermal Printer.
