Resolution Setup for Colour Slides

Here is a screenshot of my setup in Silverfast Archive Suite. I am setting the resolution slider at 4000 dpi because I am using a Nikon Coolscan 8000ED which has a maximum optical "true" resolution of 4000 dpi. Is this setup / screenshot okay and correct.
