Scans are corrupted

Hi,I just installed Silverfast (8.0.1 r18 on Mac OS 10.12.4) with a Plustek 8200i scanner.
I think the scanner is ok, as for the preview image you can check here.
But when I save the file, regardless its resolution or file format (both JPG and TIFF),
I get a corrupted (?) file.
What is the problem?
