LaserSoft Imaging

New to film scanning and I'm trying to scan this 35mm ektar frame. I've had it scanned before at a lab and I've attached it for comparison. I tried messing with different settings but I still can't figure it out. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

What kind of film material are you scanning?
Is it a slide or negative film?
In case you are applying an image auto adjustment try using Auto instead of Auto CCR.
