inaccurate batch cropping slides
I have the Archive Suite SE and having difficulty getting accurate cropping of slides in the slide holder. Epson Perfection V850, 12 slide tray. Have to spend a lot of time fine tuning the cropping of each slide before scanning otherwise a small portion is cut off. Is there any way to resolve this? Seems the free Epson scan program does a more better job but then I don't get the better editing options of Silverfast. Do I have to upgrade to Ai? And how much would that cost?

Re: inaccurate batch cropping slides
Dear user,
The frame finding is based on the Preview which has a lower resolution then the final scan and therefor the frame can be off by several pixel. You can zoom into individual frames to correct that.
In Ai Studio you can set a higher preview resolution to compensate.
kind regards,
Arne
