Using SCC in HDR with 12 colours

Dear Mr. Ketelhohn,
Since the expert mode of the selective colour correction using 12 colours is not covered by the sparce online documentation I would like to ask for advice here on how to use this tool. I have arranged screenshots to visualize what my problems are.
Figure 1
Marking the shirt in the area circled in red I get the colour wheel shown at upper left, which has a brown sector at the 2 o'clock position instead of an orange sector. Although I have selected 12 colours, the colour wheel shows only 6 colours which can be changed with the mouse. Do I have to use the red (3 o'Clock position) and the yellow (1 o'clock position) in combination or what am I supposed to do to change the orange colour?
Figure 2
In the colour matrix field in the lower part only every other column has a pull-down menu offering various possibilities to change the colour. Is there only the possibility to enter values manually in these columns without pull-down menu or how do I get the pull-down-menu for all columns?
Figure 3
Activating the second column in the matrix (green dot) the colour wheel now shows an orange sector at exactly the same position as above in figure 1. With the same values in the matrix and the same position in the wheel why do I get two different colours in the sector?
Figure 4
Having coupled the left three columns in the matrix I want to increase their brightness together. How do I do that in the matrix? If I use the pull-down menu, only the yellow column is changed. Does this work only for the HSL sliders in the upper part?
Figure 5
The L-slider has been used to increase the brightness of the three left hand columns in the matrix.
Figure 6
Resetting the matrix and activating the second column (orange) results in the same colour as in figure 5 when the L-slider is moved up. How can the colours be the same if the matrix content of the three lefthand columns is quite different? Obviously I am misunderstanding something here.
Many thanks in advance and best wishes
