LaserSoft Imaging

Hello
I'm having issues with Silverfast recognizing color negatives or any film what so ever in the scanner. It instead scans the whole scanner surface. Pre-scan shows the whole scan surface and is unable to locate the film strips. Epson Scan software works fine.
Please advice.

Dear customer,

The workflow pilot is a training tool which can only process one image at a time. You have to set the frame manually around the image in this mode.
