I'm thinking about purchasing Silverfast SE Plus, mainly for the Multiexposure and iSRD capability. Will both of these features work with my Epson V700?

Dear customer,
Yes they will.
Please note they both are transparency features and the infrared channel used for iSRD is only offered by the scanner in the smaller transparency mode used with the film holders.
