Greetings!

I tried to search for my issues but was unable to find anything so forgive me if these get answered all the time.

1. For some reason my default for playing the help videos is Quicktime. I have a Windows 10 PC and cant figure out how to reset the default video player.

2. I spend time hand calibrating the Histogram. Then when I get to ME it resets the whole thing back to zero. (Multi Exposure). Sometimes! Not all the time. This is annoying, because then I have to back-button back all the way to Histogram, reset my sliders, then forward back to ME. It seems to remain at my settings the second time through. What am I doing wrong here?

3. IT8 Calibration. I don't get this. At all. Can you point me to something somewhere so I can learn what it does and how to use it? I cant play the videos that are available online for some reason, and the manual I received is very basic. Just a quick start manual actually.

The help files are Quicktime files so that would not be unusual.

That actually is not your fault the WorkfloPilot is meant to teach the steps necessary to optimize images.
It uses the auto function after doing the ME because the function changes the Histogram.
If you are used to adjusting the Histogram manually I would rather suggest using he normal scan mode and activatingthe MultiExposure Preview in the Preferences' Special tab.

The IT8 calibration is fully automatic. You only insert your IT8 target and click the IT8 button.
Only if you are using a third party target it will ask for the corresponding reference file.
