LaserSoft Imaging

I am trying to (re)calibrate my Braun FS-120 Scanner. I have a Fuji 6x7 IT8 target. I have acquired the relevant reference file for the target. However, I am going around in circles. Whatever I do I end up with the same error as shown in the attached image. What is the problem? Thanks

You can grab the corners of the red frame to move them to the correct position.
The black marker must be positioned on the black field on the grey scale and the white marker on the white field of the greyscale.
