Saving Multi-Exposure in 64bit HDRi files

I'm trying to scan all my negatives with as much data as possible and then go back and correct/export them all later in HDR Studio.

When scanning in at 3600DPI 64bit HDRi on my Plustek 8200i, I noticed that regardless of the Multi-Exposure setting, the file size stays the exact same size. I thought that the scan that had Multi-Exposure turned on would be larger, but it is not. Or does Multi-Exposure have no relevance when scanning in at 64bit HDRi?

Thanks.

Dear customer,

The Multi-Exposure tool directly enhances the scanned results being saved.
This does not increase the size of the stored files.

Kind regards,
