negative to positive

Hi, when I scan a 120mm negative it comes out as a negative too, not a positive.

Please make sure you have switched to negativ mode.
Also check the output bit-depth.
Make sure that you did not select one of the 48/64 Bit HDR(i) RAW formats. These are saved unchanged for later processing in SilverFast HDR (Studio).
