16-bit Greyscale - Which Version

I was just wondering
I want to scan black and white negatives with the best possible depth of information. So I would be looking for 16bit Greyscale or 48bit Color scans.
This Link: https://www.silverfast.com/img/compare/compare_sf8_en.jpg (can be accessed via the question mark next to the versions when you go to buy) says nothing about 16/48 bit, only about 16bit Histogram, which is not necessary for my in Silverfast. This Link however: http://www.silverfast.com/download/docu/silverfast8versioncomparisonchart_en_2015-04-29.pdf shows at the bottom, that 16/48bit images (and RAW-Images) are possible with every version of silverfast.
Will the creation of 16bit/48bit HDRs also be possible with Silverfast SE (No Plus, no AI)? The spec sheets suggest so, but I'm not sure, given some forum entries.
So in Short: Which scan-modes will be possible with Silverfast 8.5 SE?
