Scan Pilot not aligning images after pre-scan

Hi..I am using a Plustek 120 scanner with Silverfast 8.
When I scan my 120 6/6 format images using the Scan Pilot it crops 10% off the image on the longest side after the preview scan is completed.
There does not appear to be any section where I can enter the film format only film type and ISO.

Dear Brad,

Is SilverFast set to negative mode?
You can select the emulsion in the NegaFix window.
For positives this is not necessary.

Have you opened the Overview window?
It offers an offset correction tool below the thumbnails.
(Make sure you are using the latest update for this option to appear.)
