Hi,
I've tried to work out how to use the frameset functionality with my scanner and can find nothing to help me within the application, the documentation or this forum.
I have a Canon Coolscan 8000 ED connected to a Windows 8.1 machine runnning Version 8.2.0r3 of Silverfast.
I am trying to scan 110 film using a special adaptor which fits into the 120 film holder. Everything up to this point is fine.
The issue I have is that the preview scan shows 8 small images within it. I want to draw a frame around each one and then get the job manager to scan each one. However, I cannot see any way to have more than one frame. The ability to have many frames is well demonstrated on your site so I don't understand what I am missing.
I have tried resetting the application settings from the service dialog, but this doesn't help either.
Suggestions?
Kind regards,
Thomas

Re: Frame set up for multiple images with a Nikon Coolscan 8
Dear Thomas,
For this device there can only be one frame at a time.
The JobManager can only handle the frames imported from the overview.
Unfortunately you currently will have to scan the images individually by moving the scan frame.
But I will forward your question to our product management.
Kind regards,
Arne Ketelhohn.
